Statutory Offices
The Statutory Offices of HIRA Institute of Medical and Allied Health Sciences (HIMAHS) represent the administrative system through which the institute achieves its academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and institutional growth. The offices function as per the applicable laws and regulations regarding private universities and institutes in the province of Sindh and the country of Pakistan. All these offices are accountable for making sure that HIRA Institute functions with excellence in education, accountability, and administration.
Rector / Principal
The Rector/Principal is the chief administrative and academic head of HIRA Institute of Medical and Allied Health Sciences. The role entails providing leadership to the institute, overseeing its operation, implementing the policies made by the governing bodies of the institution, and promoting excellence in academic activity of the students and faculty members. Rector/Principal also acts on behalf of the institute in all matters academic and professional.
Registrar
The Registrar takes care of the efficient administration of the institute and acts as the custodian of official records of HIRA Institute. The role includes taking care of admissions, student registration process, academic record keeping, maintenance of faculty and staff records, official correspondence, and all the statutory meetings.
Controller of Examinations
The Controller of Examinations is accountable for managing all the activities associated with examination procedures. The office makes sure that the assessment procedures of the institute are managed efficiently and confidentially by scheduling examinations, preparing the results, recording, and issuing transcripts and certificates. With proper execution of examination procedures and standards, the controller ensures the institute’s academic standing.
Finance Officer
The Finance Officer manages HIMAHS’s finances through responsible planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The office manages the institute’s funds, controls financial resources, and performs audit processes within the stipulated financial policies. Good financial management allows the institute to sustain quality education and grow successfully in the future.
HIMAHS has statutory offices whose functions complement each other to achieve the mission of the institute and make the institutional governance strong and confident among students, parents, faculty, regulatory authorities, and other interested parties.
